Because of how fast social networking works, people in the healthcare industry had to engage with their patients, or the general public as a whole, or expose themselves as a less than compassionate company, and nobody wants to see doctors or deal with providers who they feel don’t care about them. Social media helps people to choose the best healthcare providers for themselves and their family.
